We pull every permit your project requires, on every project, every time. Unpermitted work creates problems at resale, voids homeowner insurance, and skips the code inspections that protect you. We do not take shortcuts here.
You work with us, not a rotating cast of subcontractors or project managers. When you have a question, you know exactly who to call. When something changes on site, you hear it from us first, in plain English.
Our payment milestones are tied to the work, not to our cash flow. You do not pay for work that has not been done, and the entire schedule is written into the proposal before any tools come out of the truck.
We start with a no-pressure conversation at your home. We look at the space, talk through your goals, and make sure we understand exactly what you want before we put together a proposal. No high-pressure pitch at the end.
You receive a detailed, written proposal with clear scope, materials, payment milestones, and timeline. Nothing is open-ended. You know exactly what you are getting, what it costs, and when each milestone hits before you commit to anything.
Every project is built to NJ UCC code with the required permits pulled and inspections scheduled. We coordinate everything (permit applications, inspections, deliveries, site cleanup) so you do not have to manage it yourself.
We do not consider a project done until you do. We walk the finished work with you, answer every question, and make sure you are completely satisfied before we consider the job closed. Your sign-off, not ours.
